Celebration Ham Platter

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 450g can Plumrose
  • Premium leg ham
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced
  • 1 cup golden walnuts
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Dijon mustard to serve

METHOD

Bake

Preheat oven to 200oC. Place the ham on a lined baking tray and surround with pears and walnuts. Drizzle everything with maple syrup, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and slice ham, then arrange on a plater with pears and walnuts, drizzling with any remaining syrup. Serve Dijon mustard as a side.

Note: If figs are in season, use in place of pears as a change
